Greetings Hill Country Bible Church Georgetown Family,

On behalf of the leadership of Hill Country Bible Church Georgetown, I am pleased to announce Korey Buchanek as our newly confirmed Lead Pastor. The congregational vote was held August 17th after the second service, and per our Principles & Practices a minimum of 2/3 of members in attendance approved of our nomination of Korey.

Korey has accepted our offer of employment and will be transitioning from his residence in Oakdale, California to Georgetown, Texas over the next 5-6 weeks. His first sermon to our congregation will be on September 28th.

God has blessed and protected our church during the last year and a half as we sought His direction in finding our new lead pastor. God is faithful, and we trust that His timing is perfect. We thank you for your prayers during this time and ask for your continued prayers as we lead Hill Country Bible Church Georgetown into our next chapter.
